Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.

Picking up or dropping off your vehicle outside the pickup hours may result in additional fees.

Complimentary Shuttle Transfers:
If you’re arriving at Auckland airport, you can use Star RV free shuttle service to transfer you to Auckland branch.
Just call on 0800 500 078 or + 64 9 600 0805, and select option #1, then #1 again, to request your shuttle ride.
Shuttle runs between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
From the International Airport
Turn right after exiting customs and make your way to Door 5. Cross the pedestrian crossing to the furthest pick-up lane and wait there for your free ride to arrive.
From the Domestic Airport
Exit Door 5 and cross the pedestrian crossing to the furthest pick-up lane and wait there for your free ride to arrive.
Note: JUCY and Star RV share their green and purple vans for a speedier shuttle service. So, if you see the JUCY van, hop on board for your free airport transfer service.
