Please pick up your vehicle at the agreed time.
Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.
The branch is located 12.5 kilometres from the airport.
Please call to arrange a free transfer
Complimentary transfers are only available from the airport.
To arrange pick up time, please call the vehicle provider at least 7 days before travel date.
Picking up or dropping off your vehicle outside the pickup hours may result in additional fees.

Pick up and drop offs are from: 9.00 AM – 3.00 PM
Airport/Accommodation Transfer Service: 10.00 AM – 3.30 PM
Pick-up is possible outside the business hours, from 3:30 PM to 6 PM, on request, for an additional fee of NZD $90. Please contact the station to verify if it's possible before requesting an after hours pick up service.Please Note: Vehicles must be collected and returned to our depot NOT at the Airports.
Parking info: You can store your car at Flyaway where we have our vehicles, Flyaway charges apply.
