In order to reduce your waiting time when collecting your vehicle, you can check-in online any time in advance. A link will be provided in your confirmation.
Picking up or dropping off your vehicle outside the pickup hours may result in additional fees.
Customers flying in internationally must stay overnight before picking up the vehicle.
Please call as soon as possible if you haven't received your confirmation from your online check-in.
Please call the depot no later than 9am on pick up day to schedule a pick up time. Please don't arrive at the depot unannounced.

No Parking option at the depot due to safety and liability reasons. Most locations also have a No overnight street parking in the area.

Transfers are available by request only and must be reserved via the online VIP check-in at least 14 days in advance of the first rental day and confirmed by the branch. Transfers will not be made available if the VIP check-in is not completed 14 days prior to the first rental day. The Online VIP check-in link will be provided on your booking confirmation.
Customers with reserved transfers must contact the branch 4 days prior to the first rental day to schedule the shuttle pick up time. Phone number will be provided on your confirmation.
