Awnings and Generators are not guaranteed. Fee to guarantee a generator is $50 per booking.
Insurance rates are included standard insurance with CAD$5 000 000 public liability cover and a damage liability of CAD$1500, road maps and tour information, 24hrs roadside assistance, luggage storage for the duration of your trip. Does not come with any free kilometers but you can pre-purchase km packages at a discounted rate or kilometers can be paid at the end of your rental at a rate of CAD$0.45 per km. Additional insurance for windshield and tire coverage can be added at $10/day.
Pick up transfer service from designated Toronto Airport area hotels to the physical depot is available at extra cost. Transfers are available back to Toronto Airport Terminal as well as Airport Area Hotels.
International customers must overnight in a hotel before picking up their vehicle.

Please note the physical depot for the pick up and return of your vehicle is located in Whitby which is approximately 60 kms away from Toronto.

VEHICLE PICK UP & RETURN HOURS
The vehicles are generally handed over between 10:00am and 3:00pm and must be returned between 8:00am and 10:00am. No drop off after 10:00 am, NO exceptions. Late returns will be charged an extra CAN$50/hour and our transfer to the hotel will be void.
Transfer Information (valid for travel in 2016)
The transfer service is available at an additional charge of $125. ( Please contact us directly prior to your arrival to arrange this.) The depot is 60km from the Airport. Pick-up at Airport Hotels. Drop-off at Airport / Airport Hotels or free transfers to/from Whitby GO train station (city train). Downtown Hotel pick up on Mondays only.
YYZ Transfer Times are between 10 am and 2 pm, RV pick up times are between 10 am - 3 pm.
