Please note: Customers will get complimentary transfers from the airport/airport area hotels to the depot and from the depot to the airport/airport area hotels for rentals 7 days or more. Early morning pickups are available but are subject to availability. Clients can pick up on the same day as arrival but must be able to arrive at the depot by 3:00 PM at the latest, no exceptions. If you cant get to the depot by 3pm, you must stay overnight in a hotel and pick up the vehicle the following day.

- overseas customers must overnight before picking up their rental unit
- no refund is made in the event of a late pick-up.
Transfers
The supplier offers transfers to and from Pearson International Airport and airport area hotels. Please contact the supplier directly, prior to your arrival, to arrange this. Please also note that a drop off transfer will not be provided in the event of a late drop-off.
Vehicle drop off
Please note that no refunds are made for early returns or unused portions of rentals. After hours drop offs are available on request, please inquire at the time of booking.
